If you have never hear of it, there is the Opportunity Zone legislation that allows for rolled over capital gains money to come to us with a seven to ten year manditory return to their investors. We will use this to raise all the needed funding and assure us of the needed funding while we grow our operation. This is being done all over the country but gets no massive publicity. The farm is in an Opportunity Zone. All the farms will also be in their own OZs. I welcome your conversation at juan.lacey@farmscloseby.com

We do not want to talk about specific farms and their situation because we are afraid that we don’t have all the information and we do not want to misrepresent anything.
Chris is happy to speak to people directly if you want to arrange a call with him.

With major investments and a bright future, many people were shocked when the news suddenly hit that they had closed their doors. The fundamental truth of any agtech farm closure is very outlined correctly in this article, except for the need for further developments to lower energy costs by switching over to the best option coming on the scene – hydrogen! If the frame will better stand a chance to withstand these market swings, as much R & D needs to be placed into self-generated hydrogen energy solutions! (farmscloseby.com)

VC helps with CapEX, but it must pay out with OPEX. Don’t put your future at risk with a heavy upfront burden.
